1. Customer Service Officer ( Work From Home ) - Singapore

What you'll be doing

Provide responsive and empathetic assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat

Job Scope:

As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target

Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.

Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products

Follow up with customers on their treatments and remind them of their treatments

Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets

Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards

Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in the beauty or spa industry

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day branch sales and operations across multiple outlets

Achieve monthly sales targets for each outlet

Manage daily operations of the sales department, including customer reception, coordinating therapists’ schedules, liaising with suppliers, and resolving customer concerns

Develop and execute marketing strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition

Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction

Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure availability and quality of salon products

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting business strategies to maintain a competitive edge
